The monograph examines new types of obligations in the field of property relations both in the field of market relations (in the financial market) and in the field of family law (marriage contract). Particular attention is paid to the problems of unification, harmonization, approximation of the legislation of various states. The material was prepared on the basis of an analysis of international treaties, acts of international «soft law», national legislation, judicial and arbitration practice, domestic and foreign doctrine.
For researchers and practicing lawyers, teachers, students and post-graduate students, as well as for a wide range of readers interested in issues of private international law.
