Legal regulation of e-commerce in foreign states: monograph / O.M. Sakovich, S.V. Solovieva, S.S. Scherbak etc; ex. ed. N.G. Semilutina, O.А. Ternovaya; The Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation. – M.: LAW FIRM CONTRACT, 2019. – 272 p.

The work discusses the sources of legal regulation and the concept of a electronic commerce in the legislation of foreign countries (USA, Argentina, UK, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia), as well as at the level of the EU and the EEU.

With the advent of electronic means of communication and information transfer, the techniques and methods of doing business received a new frame. The proliferation of electronic commerce in open information systems has required appropriate legal decisions from national legislators. The development of civil law governing e-commerce has become one of the main directions for the development of national legislation of states, regional unions and the international community.

The work considers the sources of legal regulation and the concept of e-commerce, features of e-commerce in certain areas of business, legal regulation of e-commerce in the international financial services market, legal issues of online conflict resolution, as well as trends in the legal regulation of e-commerce in foreign countries by civil law.

We hope the work would be useful for scientific researchers, practicing lawyers, representatives of the business community, teachers, students, graduate students, as well as for all those who are interested in civil law issues.
